Came in for a oil change and tire rotation. Used a coupon I had received in mail saved $30. Clerk behind counter was friendly and explained everything clearly. I understand he was on the job just 2 weeks. This location recently opened so not surprisingly some employees may be new. The tech that did the job apparently didn't come say I was due for a 60,000 mile check. Service counter clerk explained this when checking out. When it came time to settle up I used my bank card and it was declined. I tried again, declined a second time. So I tried a credit card. Also declined. No reason for this to happen. So I paid cash. I check with my bank and all was good it should have worked. Same with credit card company. There was no reason for it to be declined. I am only assuming it was a error on the new employees part. Over all a fair experience. Service was done in under 45 mins and was told it could take up to 1.5 hrs. 4 stars for the payment issue. Being a new location I would expect them to only improve. I would come back in the future for service.
