After a recent visit for service I expressed concerns about my bill. To be clear, there were no issues with the quality of service performed, but something seemed off on the total. Michael, the general manager, reviewed my concerns and confirmed that there was indeed an error. He used the mistake as a teachable moment for his crew. Then as a gesture of goodwill, Michael informed me that he would refund my credit card DOUBLE the error he found! As a retiree, living on a fixed income, this price adjustment was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The quality of service and management's integrity should make you consider this local business the next time you need your vehicle serviced.
