My son and his grandmother recommended the Auto Safety Center of Cedarburg to me. Over the years, I have received fliers but never had an opportunity to stop in. I stopped for an oil change and tire rotation. Several big box oil change stores indicated I had a stripped drain plug. I was told that replacement was not an option and that it was too damaged. I could replace the oil pan, which would cost $600.00, or have the oil sucked out of the pan and replaced. I have been doing the latter for several years. I also heard an unfamiliar sound coming from the car’s passenger side. I informed the Auto Safety Center to look into the issues. The oil pan drain plug was able to be removed and replaced. This cost less than $20.00. The oil was changed and the tires were rotated. The cost was decent. They honored their coupon. They determined where the noise was coming from in the front of the car and recommended the course of action. It should be addressed, but it could wait. Overall, the service, honesty, and feedback from the Auto Safety Center were excellent. I will continue to have my car serviced by them.
