Very satisfied with customer service and work done on my cars. I like the convenience of the shuttle service. Saves me a lot of time. They offer services above and beyond what you would might expect even from a dealership. I have been impressed with the service and people at both Cedarburg and West Bend centers. Quality skilled work that they truly stand behind.

I took advantage of the free brake inspection coupon expecting that I would need new brakes immediately but was so surprised to learn that I had some wear life left on the pads and could drive through the winter before replacement. There are not many garages that would postpone a repair, especially when I would have believed them if they told me it had to be done immediately. I have been taken advantage of by dealers in the past and it means everything to me to establish trust. I definitely will bring my business to them.

Someone was supposed to get back to me about possibly purchasing my truck other than that Dan was exceptional helpful and you’re waiting area was especially clean

Amazing service with amazing people. My SUV had a screw in the tire that I noticed that morning and they were able to get me in that morning. All took less than 1 hour. Also fast emission testing service. Thank you for getting me back in the road.

Excellent response by Dan to inspection points listed in my Mustang's manual, including road evaluation of transmission shifting and alignment. Communication was much better and proactive than at dealer. This was my first service by your team. I will be back with other vehicles. Incidentally, your $175/hour tech rate is greater than $150/hour at Newman Chevy. I understand that your rate for lube and oil change is lower.
