Very friendly and professional, explained all services and gave prices when we dropped the car off. When other maintenance was needed, they called and explained why and what the price would be to fix it. Everything done was within the time promised. Have been visiting Auto Safety Center's Cedarburg location for a couple of years now. Had an oil change and brake fluid replacement performed today. Jim L. was welcoming, greeted me with a smile, was up beat, outgoing, professional, and knowledgeable. Auto Safety Center provides a large, welcoming, very clean waiting area with a coffee, bottled water, and a variety of snacks. Service was performed by Tech Kenny in a timely manner. Following service car was conveniently parked near the building for me on this very cold day. Prices are fair. Have many coupons available throughout the year for a variety of services. Services are explained in an easy to understand manner. I have a great sense of trust in Auto Safety Center, their personnel, and the quality services they provide. Our family has will continue to utilize their services.
