The team was fantastic. I am a former mechanic and since I don't own a hoist, doing a thorough inspection of my vehicle is difficult. While doing the oil change, they performed an inspection on my vehicle and identified some areas where they were concerned. We were able to discuss what to repair and how critical each concern was. I am glad to finally have a place I can take my vehicle knowing they will give me honest assessments of issues, and solid work for a competitive price.

It was a repeat of the excellent care and consideration of my first visit which was a "simple" oil change. A faulty "ball Joint" was discovered and they gave me a close-up of the problem. It was not immediate "danger" but a serious caution. After a wonderful drive down to Fort Atkinson for a family wedding, returning on the highway was concerning. It was time for action and the care was again excellent and prompt. The adjustments made, along with the replacement of the arm and ball joint on my little Hundai "accent" have me driving with confidence again. Thank you!
