First visit. Went here after word of mouth positive reviews in Cedarburg. Being a car guy, explained to Vincent the current problem. Diagnostic ran. This was a calling in, same day appointment. Vincent explained in detail the issue and recommended repair. No pressure or rush, thorough and good customer service. Would have liked to have had the work needed done here, however Dealer price was basically the same. Expensive repair for primarily labor. Repair currently not done. Told Vincent that if car manufacturer had a recall or if prices came down over time, would most likely use them. All in all a positive experience.

I had needed an urgent repair and they were able to help me out even with it being last minute. They were a fantastic help and were able to get my car done and back to me in an exceptionally reasonable time!

Same day appointment. Diagnostic and recommendations with thorough explanation from Vincent. Good customer service. Will look into future work here when needed.

Great efficient service

Love this place. I was thinking of purchasing a new car and wanted to have it inspected. I stopped in without an appointment but even though they had a busy day, they managed to squeeze me in. They did a thorough inspection and sent me pictures of a concern area. They are super friendly and very honest.

My appt. was at 9am. I was serviced and out by 10am. The tech who serviced my vehicle after reviewing it, explained that the car was in great running condition. I used my coupon towards the payment and was out the door. It was an unusual and great experience.!

As always, Auto Safety Center helped me get my car in for service while helping prioritize what is needed for me. I have 2 cars and cannot imagine bringing either of them anywhere else to be worked on.

So, I came in for an oil change and left less than an hour later like I visited a friend. Warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean and nicely appointed waiting room. Just a special experience with honest people. While this was my first time there it will not be the last!
