West Bend Auto Repair

First time at the Hwy 60 location. Received a flyer in mail and decided to have an oil change. A couple days before the appointment, I realized I needed my brakes inspected as well. They stated I need my rear brakes completely replaced. I am very happy with 1. The oil change and 2. I shall see about the brakes after I get a second opinion.

Service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The facility was extremely clean for a repair shop. I will definitely be returning for repairs.

4/14/23 I am beyond pleased with this shop! I was having a terrible day due to my car completely dying on me. Rebecca took amazing care of me by staying a little late to make sure I had a loaner car for the weekend. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who appreciates good and quality service, and kind people!

Second time at ASC for an oil change. Everyone very courteous. Work done in a timely fashion. Open to special requests for oil and filter brands. Made suggestions without being pushy. Will be back!
