I am a new customer who got a coupon in the mail. While waiting there, they were great with me, but really great with all the other customers that stopped in and those that were on the phone! They went above and beyond in my eyes!

I went in for the first time after having been a long time client of Scott's. I was there for an oil change and unfortunately, during my oil change my drain plug was found to have been stripped. They quoted me the repair cost with the hope of being able to confidently re-thread it. They instead called and said, in the event that it could have happened here, we'd like to cover the cost. These people are amazing. All I was charged was the cost of the oil change.

Seemed very organized and friendly, my vehicle was done on a very timely bases - I will be back!
